What makes us different ? 

• We both really care - we want your trip to be amazing and what you want (a rare thing today)
• You don’t know what you don’t know yet - but we do ! We can help you pace your trip and guide you so that you get what you want and your trip is enjoyable
• Expectations - sadly some people return from Italy not enjoying the experience because their expectations were not meet …..we work with you in both the planning stage and when you arrive in Italy to ensure you have made informed decision on where to travel and where to stay in Italy so your expectations are meet
• Service - while planning is a big part of what we do service is never far from our minds - some train’s in Italy now ask for you to validate tickets online within 24 hours of travel ….something that can slip your mind the night before you go (and who wants to be navigating an Italian website while on holidays) The amazing Cinzia our Italian operator does this for you and then sends you the check in in code so all you need to do is head to the station
• We are with you the whole way - while your planning (Australia contact) and while your in Italy (Italian contact) so you always have someone on your time zone to be able to speak to and to help you with any of the services we book for you on your behalf

So what’s our motivation to be so different ? 

Both Cinzia and I have strong values and love to ensure our clients have the best travel experience to Italy ……our motivation is to have happy clients who love Italy like we both love Italy. I am second generation Italian and have worked with Cinzia for over 20 years and together we have taken thousands of guests through Italy offering:
